Program Educational Objectives(PEOs)

Graduates of the diploma in Information Technology, within a few years after graduation, will be expected to

1. Pursue a successful career as Software Professionals, IT consultants, System administrators and Team Leaders in the field of Information Technology and related disciplines.

2. Have skills and knowledge to excel in their professional career or to be successful entrepreneurs or have enhance skills through higher education.

3.  Demonstrate professional and ethical responsibilities towards their profession and society.

At the end of the program, the student will be able to:

1. Analyse a problem, design algorithm, develop programs using programming languages and efficient data structures and identify the computing requirements appropriate to its solution.

2. Develop and maintain software using concepts of operating system, network management, Mobile Computing, Database management and Information security issues.

3. Have Communication, presentation skills and ability to excel in their professional career.
