Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines.

General Rules : 

1. Students should bring an ID card of college or certificate from the Head of the Institution for verification.
2. Students should be present in the uniform of their respective college.
3. Only the group leader of the team will register for a specific event.

Technovation (Project Exhibition) : 

1. The competition is open to only polytechnic students of any engineering groups.
2. You can participate individually or in a team of maximum three.
3. Select a topic of your interest (Related to Engineering and technology ).
4. Think of an idea that is original and Innovative. It may be a research based project or an improvement of the existing product, process or a solution to a problem / challenge.
5. The project can be a hardware model / software simulation / case study related to science and technology.
6. For software/coding based projects, groups should bring their own PC/ Laptop.
7. Each group will get 10 minutes to present their work in the form of a POSTER of size (24 X 36) inch. The content of the poster should be in the following manner: a) Introduction of the project, b) Objective of the project, c) Description of the project d) Outcomes of the project
8. Entry fee per project is  ₹ 100.
9. Each participant will get certificate of participation
10. Evaluation Parameters will be : a) Novelty and Relevance with practical need. b) End to end functionalities/ Completion of the work c) Presentation of the work

Art Genic (Art Exhibition) : 

1. The competition is open to only polytechnic students of any engineering groups.
2. You have to participate individually.
3. Art categories accepted into exhibitions:  Sketches, Collage, Drawing, Fine Art Photography, Mixed Media, Mosaic, Oil and Acrylic Painting, Pastel Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Watercolor, Ceramics,  etc.
4. Entry fee is ₹ 50.

Quizest (Technical Quiz Competition) : 

1. The competition is open to only polytechnic students of Electrical Engineering groups.
2. You have to participate in a team of two.
3. Rounds for the competition will depend on the number of registration counts.
4. Entry fee is ₹ 100 per team.
